Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
• You can cancel from billing/account settings when billing is enabled.
• Charges already billed are generally non-refundable.

Exceptions

Exceptions may be made for duplicate charges or technical billing errors.

Deposits (If Enabled)

Appointment-deposit refunds depend on clinic policy, cancellation timing, and no-show conditions.
