One Odontheon account signs you into booking, charting, design, and learning tools. Paid clinic software is sold as clear subscriptions — not a vague “suite unlock.”
Odontheon Clinic Starter
- $10 / month (or yearly option when offered)
- 14-day free trial when enabled at checkout
- Unlocks Odontheon Appointments only (clinic booking / calendar for staff)
- Patients book free — patients do not subscribe
- Cancel anytime during the trial from Manage subscription (or your Paddle receipt email). Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.
Checkout and billing are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.
Other Odontheon products
DentalCare Pro, Finance, Cusp Sculpt, AI Core, and Education tools use the same Odontheon sign-in. They are not included in Clinic Starter. Some are free to try; paid upgrades (when offered) are sold separately and shown in-app.
